Summary

This study tests a brief mobile app designed to reduce negative thinking and improve mood. Researchers will enroll 100 adults with schizophrenia or at clinical high risk for psychosis. Participants use the app and report changes in defeatist beliefs and negative symptoms. The goal is to see if the app is acceptable and effective for easing symptoms.
