NCT ID NCT07360561
First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using a fun, game-like mobile app can encourage university students and employees to walk more and do simple exercises, lowering their risk for heart disease. About 105 volunteers aged 18 to 64 will be split into five groups, some using the app and some not, for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and daily steps to see if the gamified approach works better than standard activity tracking.
