Summary
This study tests whether a mobile health program using text messages can help people with type 2 diabetes in Nepal better manage their blood sugar. About 154 adults will either receive standard care alone or standard care plus regular text messages for 6 months. The main goal is to see if the texts lead to lower HbA1c levels, a key measure of blood sugar control.
