Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app called i-PregMom can help pregnant women control their blood sugar and weight gain. About 160 first-time mothers will use the app from weeks 10-14 to weeks 24-28 of pregnancy. Researchers will track weight and blood sugar changes to see if the app makes a difference.
