Summary
This study is testing a mobile health program (i-PregMom app) to help pregnant women control their blood sugar and weight gain. About 160 first-time mothers will use the app from early pregnancy (10-14 weeks) to mid-pregnancy (24-28 weeks). Researchers will track weight and blood sugar changes to see if the app makes a difference.
