Summary
This study tested whether a mobile health app could help women who had a preterm baby reduce the risk of having another preterm birth. The app focused on improving patient engagement, care coordination, and following recommended care, especially around pregnancy spacing. 221 women with a preterm infant in the NICU participated. The goal was to see if the app worked better than standard paper-based care.
