Summary
This study tested a mobile health program that teaches pain coping skills to breast cancer patients living in areas with limited healthcare access. 180 women with persistent pain joined video sessions with a therapist and used simple phone tools to practice skills at home. The goal was to reduce pain, fatigue, and disability without using more medication.
