Phone app aims to bring PTSD help directly to Doctor's offices
NCT ID NCT05374408
Summary
This study tested a self-help smartphone app called BounceBack Now, designed to help people manage symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, and sleep problems. Researchers worked with 29 patients and healthcare providers in primary care clinics to see if the app was easy to use and acceptable, especially for African American and low-income patients. The goal was to gather feedback to improve training materials and the app itself before a larger future study.
