Phone app aims to bridge mental health gap for trauma survivors
NCT ID NCT05374408
Summary
This study tested a self-help smartphone app called BounceBack Now, designed to help people manage symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, and sleep problems. Researchers worked with 29 participants, focusing on underserved groups, to see if using the app in a primary care clinic was practical and acceptable. The goal was to gather feedback to improve training materials and the app itself before a larger future study.
