Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week mobile app program, with education and phone counseling, could reduce urinary incontinence symptoms and improve quality of life and sleep in 82 menopausal women. Half the women used the app and got support, while the other half received no extra help. The goal was to see if the app-based approach made a real difference in their daily lives.
