App-Based strength training may cut insulin doses in diabetic kids

Summary

This study tested a mobile app that gives children and teens with type 1 diabetes personalized strength exercises. Over 24 weeks, researchers checked if the app helped lower daily insulin needs and improve blood sugar control. About 62 participants aged 8-18 took part, all at least 6 months past diagnosis.
