Summary

This study tested a mobile app that gives children and teens with type 1 diabetes personalized resistance exercise plans. Over 24 weeks, researchers measured whether using the app helped lower daily insulin doses and improve blood sugar control. About 62 participants aged 8-18 took part, and the goal was to see if strength training could make diabetes management easier.
