First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a mobile app can help breast cancer survivors exercise more after finishing treatment. About 200 people who had early-stage breast cancer will either use the app for 12 weeks or get standard exercise guidelines. The goal is to see if the app increases exercise, reduces fatigue, and improves quality of life.
