NCT ID NCT06648434

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether adding an experimental MK2 inhibitor (zunsemetinib) to standard chemotherapy (mFOLFIRINOX) can work better for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that hasn't been treated yet. About 51 adults will join to find the safest dose and watch for side effects. The goal is to improve how well the chemo fights the cancer.
