Scientists track experimental Drug's journey through the body
NCT ID NCT06777602
Summary
This early-stage study aimed to understand how the body processes, breaks down, and eliminates an experimental drug called MK-5475. Eight healthy male participants received a single intravenous dose containing a tiny, safe amount of radioactive tracer to help track the drug. Researchers measured how much of the drug left the body in urine and feces, how long it stayed in the blood, and monitored for any side effects.
