Summary
This early-stage study aimed to understand how the body processes and eliminates an experimental drug called MK-5475. Eight healthy male volunteers received a single intravenous dose containing a tiny radioactive tracer. Researchers then measured how much of the drug was broken down and how it left the body through urine and feces over time.
