Summary
This study tests if a painless light treatment called monochromatic infrared energy (MIRE) can help heal diabetic foot ulcers. Forty adults with diabetes and a foot ulcer that hasn't healed in at least 30 days will receive MIRE therapy alongside standard care. Researchers will track wound size changes and quality of life improvements over time.
