New hope for kids with brain tumors: drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests a new combination of two drugs (mirdametinib and vinblastine) for children and young adults with a type of slow-growing brain tumor called low-grade glioma. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs shrink or control the tumor. About 50 participants aged 2 to 25 will take part.
