New drug duo aims to halt rare cancer's growth

Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, mirdametinib and palbociclib, can safely control advanced liposarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed. About 54 adults with this rare cancer will receive different doses to find the best one. The goal is to stop the cancer from growing for at least 18 weeks.
