Summary
This study tests a drug called mirdametinib in children, adolescents, and young adults with low-grade glioma, a type of brain tumor. The drug is designed to reach the brain and block signals that help tumors grow. The goal is to find the best dose, check safety, and see if it can shrink or stabilize tumors. About 132 participants will take the drug twice daily.
