NCT ID NCT04923126

First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called mirdametinib, which is designed to reach the brain and target a key growth signal in low-grade glioma cells. It is for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2 to 24) whose tumor has come back or is growing. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the drug can shrink or stabilize the tumor. While not a cure, it may help control the disease and improve outcomes.
