First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study collects medical information and biological samples (blood, tissue, stool) from 1,000 cancer patients receiving immunotherapy drugs called immune checkpoint inhibitors. The goal is to understand why some patients develop inflammatory side effects (immune-related adverse events) and to find ways to predict and manage these reactions. Participants include cancer patients on these therapies, as well as healthy volunteers for comparison.
