First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at how eating fat every day for a month changes the body's immune response in healthy adults aged 40-70. Participants will drink high-fat shakes made from either plant or dairy fats and have blood tests to measure inflammation. The goal is to understand if repeated fat intake alters immune reactions, not to treat any disease.
