Summary
This study tested whether a specific combination of food supplements could help middle-aged adults (over 45) who are overweight feel fuller and improve their cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Over 12 weeks, 80 participants either took the supplements or a placebo. The goal was to see if these supplements could support better metabolism and healthy aging without medication.
