Summary
This study tests whether a telemedicine program led by village doctors can prevent heart failure in older adults (ages 65-80) in rural China who have atrial fibrillation but not yet heart failure. Participants will either receive standard care or a digital program with wearable health monitors, lifestyle coaching, and remote specialist support. Researchers will track heart health scores, major heart events, and signs of early heart damage over up to 4 years.
