Summary
This study tests a mindfulness program called MINDS-UP designed to prevent substance use in children and teens aged 10 to 14. Researchers will compare the program to a standard prevention program to see if it is feasible and effective. Participants will complete assessments, MRIs, and the mindfulness program. The goal is to find new ways to help young people avoid substance use.
