Summary
This study tested an 8-week mindfulness-based yoga program for adults with fibromyalgia. Participants did yoga and breathing exercises at home with online guidance, while a control group did standard physiotherapy and walking. The goal was to see if the yoga program could reduce pain and improve daily function.
