Ancient tao art meets modern science: can calligraphy and song ease stress?

Summary
This study tests whether a daily mindfulness practice using Tao calligraphy and song can help adults feel less stressed, more connected to others, and more at peace. About 50 participants will be randomly assigned to either start the practice right away or join a waitlist. They will fill out questionnaires about stress, social connection, and peace of mind at the start, after 3 months, and after 6 months.
