Summary

This study looks at how mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) affects brain activity in people with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Researchers will compare MBSR to a stress education program in 150 adults aged 18–50. They will use brain scans and other measures to understand how men and women may respond differently to treatment.
