Mindfulness bootcamp for nurses: a 4-Week fix for burnout?

Summary
This study tests whether a 4-week mindfulness training program can improve psychological resilience, work motivation, and focus in surgical nurses. About 76 nurses will be randomly assigned to either the training or no intervention. The goal is to see if mindfulness can help nurses cope better with the high demands of their job.
