Summary
This study looked at whether a mindfulness-based program could help people who have a heart device (like an ICD or pacemaker) feel less anxious, stressed, or depressed. About 34 adults who recently got a device and had high anxiety or depression scores took part. The goal was to see if learning mindfulness skills could improve their emotional well-being and ability to cope.
