First seen Feb 27, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a type of mindfulness therapy (MBCT) can help people who have had a liver transplant stick to their anti-rejection medication schedule and feel more motivated. 140 liver transplant patients took part. The goal was to see if this mental training could improve how well they follow their lifelong drug routine.
