Meditation may ease dialysis struggles

Summary

This study tests whether a 4-week mindfulness meditation program can improve sleep quality, reduce stress, and ease symptoms in people receiving hemodialysis. Fifty adults on dialysis will either get meditation plus usual care or usual care alone. Researchers will measure changes using standard sleep, stress, and symptom questionnaires.
