Summary

This study tested whether a mindfulness-based program (MBCT) could help pregnant women who are feeling stressed, anxious, or down. 84 at-risk women participated, learning mindfulness skills to support their mental health during pregnancy and after childbirth. The goal was to see if this approach reduces symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress.
