Summary

This study looks at whether a mindfulness-based stress reduction program can help first-time pregnant women feel less anxious, worry less about their baby's health, and improve their overall mental well-being. About 100 women between 12 and 28 weeks of pregnancy will take part in an online program. The goal is to see if this approach can make pregnancy a calmer, more positive experience.
