Summary

This study tested whether an 8-session online mindfulness program could reduce PMS symptoms, fear of childbirth, and improve psychological well-being in 126 women with PMS. Participants were randomly assigned to either the mindfulness group or a control group. The results will show if this drug-free approach is a helpful option for managing PMS and related anxiety.
