Mindfulness program aims to ease nurse burnout in hospital study

Summary

This study tests whether a mindfulness-based program can reduce job stress and improve job satisfaction and performance among nurses. About 64 nurses from a Turkish public hospital will be randomly assigned to either take the program or not. Researchers will measure stress, satisfaction, and performance before, right after, and three months later.
