Summary
This study tests a 12-session psychoeducational program designed to reduce negative attitudes toward older workers and improve well-being at work. Researchers will recruit 90 employed adults who frequently work with colleagues of different generations. Half will take the program, and half will receive a single educational session. The goal is to see if the program can reduce ageism and boost job satisfaction, social support, and psychological flexibility.
