Summary
This study tested whether a mindfulness program delivered through a mobile app could reduce job burnout and improve mental well-being in hospital nurses. 124 female nurses with moderate to high burnout took part. The intervention group used the app while the control group continued their usual routine. Researchers measured changes in burnout and psychological capital (like hope and resilience) over 4 months.
