First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether a mindfulness program delivered through a mobile app could reduce job burnout and boost psychological capital in hospital nurses. 124 female nurses with moderate to high burnout participated. The intervention group used the app daily for 40 days, while the control group continued routine work. Researchers measured burnout and psychological capital at 2 and 4 months after the program ended.
