This study tested whether an 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction program could help menopausal women feel better. Researchers compared 86 women aged 45-64 who either took the program or received no extra support. The goal was to see if mindfulness could improve quality of life, life satisfaction, sleep quality, and mental well-being during menopause.
