NCT ID NCT05540652

First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tested whether an online mindfulness program is practical and well-liked by young gay, bisexual, and queer men at risk for HIV. Nineteen participants tried the program and gave feedback on how easy it was to use and how satisfied they were. The goal was to see if this approach could help reduce stress and support healthier behaviors, not to cure or treat any disease.
