First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week online mindfulness program can help women with gynecological cancer feel more hopeful, cope better emotionally, and improve their quality of life. About 96 women currently receiving cancer treatment will take part. Half will join the mindfulness program, and the other half will receive usual care. Researchers will check results right after the program and again at 3 and 6 months.
