Mindfulness boosts hope in gynecological cancer patients

Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week online mindfulness program can help women with gynecological cancer feel more hopeful, cope better emotionally, and improve their quality of life. About 96 women currently receiving cancer treatment will be randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or usual care. The program includes breathing exercises, body scans, and guided imagery to support emotional well-being.
