Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week mindfulness program (breathing, body scans, mindful movement) can reduce digital game addiction, stress, and improve sleep in 80 adolescents aged 12-16. Participants are randomly assigned to either the mindfulness group or a control group that continues normal school activities. The goal is to see if learning mindfulness skills can help teens manage screen time and feel better.
