Summary
This study tested an 8-week mindfulness program (breathing, body scans, mindful movement) in 80 adolescents aged 12-16. Half took the program, half did normal school activities. Researchers measured changes in gaming addiction, stress, and sleep quality. The goal is to see if mindfulness can be a simple, drug-free way to help teens feel better and reduce unhealthy gaming habits.
