Summary
This study tested a mindfulness-based diabetes education program for adults with type 2 diabetes who feel high stress about their condition. 36 participants from low-income clinics were randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or standard diabetes education. The goal was to see if the program was feasible and acceptable, and to gather feedback for future research.
