Summary

This study tests whether an interactive, ChatGPT-powered mindfulness breathing exercise can lower stress and anxiety better than a standard audio recording or a mind-wandering control. Researchers will enroll 210 adults aged 18 to 30. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups and complete a single session, after which their stress, mood, and focus will be measured.
