Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week mindfulness booster course can lower stress in healthcare staff who have already taken a mindfulness course. About 186 participants will either take the booster or continue their usual wellbeing routine. Researchers will measure stress levels using questionnaires over several weeks to see if the booster helps and if the effects last.
