Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app called Mindful Journey that teaches mindfulness skills. It aims to see if the app is easy to use and helpful for adults who are in recovery from opioid use disorder and also have chronic pain. The app delivers short video exercises 'in the moment' to help people manage difficult emotions and situations.
